This is the website for an NSF funded network research program that aims to creating a wireless network in remote areas in the California San Diego area. This allows for not only rural native americans on reservations to recieve internet access, but it is also key to give researchers on the field the resources they need. This is important for researchers in biology, astronomy, oceanography, engineering and many other important fields.

Traceroute Assignment

In this assignment we trace our packets as they route through the internet. We do this by watching the hops it goes through and use 5 different countries as examples. The example i liked the most was the one to Beijing.

This one goes through 11 routers, takes 23 hops, goes through Beijing, Kansas City, Reston Virginia, Seattle Washington, and then here to Millersville.
